Calia Pacle

Calia Pacle is a 24 year old Pastry Chef. She is born and raised in Winnipeg, MB and went to pastry school in Calgary, AB. Throughout her journey she has worked in countless places such as bakeries, hotels and restaurants. When she was 16 years old she competed in competitions and even brought home gold medals. Now she is the Pastry Chef for Selene Aegean Bistro in Vancouver, BC.
