Born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Calia Pacle is a talented young pastry chef with a passion for the art of pastry and a growing list of accomplishments to her name. Her culinary journey began at an early age, competing in pastry competitions and earning gold medals at just 16 years old. She went on to pursue formal pastry training in Calgary, Alberta, before gaining valuable experience across a diverse range of bakeries, hotels, and restaurants. Now 24, Calia continues to build on her skills, bringing creativity, dedication, and a love for all things sweet to her craft.
