With a deep passion forblending culinary artistry and nostalgia, Divya left the structured path of an Ivy League education andcorporate life to pursue her dream of entrepreneurship. Drawing inspiration from her South Asian heritage,she infuses bold, vibrant flavours into delicate French macarons, creating a unique dessert experience thattells a story in every bite.

As Partner at Sand & Pearl Oyster Bar (est. 2017), she led the concept, design, and launch of the award-winning seasonal restaurant and event venue—named one of Air Canada’s Top 10 Best New Restaurants in 2018.
