With a career spanning over 25 years, she has successfully opened trendy hotspots in both Toronto and LA including Xacutti, Bird, Grace and Parc.

Laurel is the Regional Chef for Eastern Canada with Moxies, where she has the privilege of leading and mentoring incredible culinary teams across the region. Her love for food began early, inspired by her mother and grandmother—both talented home cooks and bakers—who welcomed her into the kitchen and encouraged her curiosity. Those early moments sparked a passion that continues to guide her today.
