Yes Shef is a vibrant celebration of the extraordinary women shaping Canada’s food and beverage industry. It’s a national stage that honours chefs, sommeliers, winemakers, brewers, bartenders and the next generation of culinary leaders through mentorship, visibility, and connection.
I built WORTH Association because it was the community I needed when I started my career as a cook. Yes Shef is one of the most joyful, inspiring ways we continue to grow that community today.
