Olya Karpova

Olya Karpova is a Sous Chef at Atlas Steak + Fish at the Delta Hotels Burnaby Conference Centre.  With nearly a decade of experience in the culinary industry, she is passionate about creativity, mentorship, and supporting the next generation of chefs. In 2025, Olya won Marriott's Masters of the Craft culinary competition in Canada before going on to take first place in North America. She is excited to join Yes Shef 2026 as a Mentor Chef and to be part of an event celebrating and empowering women in food and beverage.
