Yuki Aida

Yuki Aida is the Founder, Owner and Culinary Director of Sushi MAHANA in North Vancouver. Born and raised in Tokyo and a graduate of the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts, she brings her Japanese roots and culinary training to MAHANA’s approach to seasonal cuisine and Omotenashi, Japanese hospitality. A WSET Level 2 Award in Sake holder with Distinction, Yuki also serves as MAHANA’s Sake Guide, thoughtfully curating sake to complement the restaurant’s cuisine.
