Meet Divya Rathi-Aggarwal, the creative heart and hands behind Butter & Batter. With a deep passion forblending culinary artistry and nostalgia, Divya left the structured path of an Ivy League education andcorporate life to pursue her dream of entrepreneurship. Drawing inspiration from her South Asian heritage,she infuses bold, vibrant flavours into delicate French macarons, creating a unique dessert experience thattells a story in every bite.

Laurel is the Regional Chef for Eastern Canada with Moxies, where she has the privilege of leading and mentoring incredible culinary teams across the region. Her love for food began early, inspired by her mother and grandmother—both talented home cooks and bakers—who welcomed her into the kitchen and encouraged her curiosity. Those early moments sparked a passion that continues to guide her today.
