With a career spanning over 25 years, she has successfully opened trendy hotspots in both Toronto and LA including Xacutti, Bird, Grace and Parc.

A longtime Sommelier, Lesle has embarked on the highlight of her career with Gibson Family Group, a mid-level premium wine agency based in Toronto, proudly women-led and dedicated to exceptional small-production wines.

Guided by Lesle, the team of “WineAngels” brings warmth, expertise and thoughtful curation to every tasting, event and wine selection.
