Chef Thao Tran

Chef Thao is the Head Sous Chef at Anh and Chi for the past 8 years, celebrated as one of the founding "BOH" (Back of House) teammates. Originally from the central region of Vietnam. She studied business, specifically global tourism in Canada. Outside of the kitchen, Thao can be found hiking, camping and enjoyIng nature.
