Christine Tsiliverdis was born and raised in Toronto, where she first discovered her love for hospitality more than a decade ago. Her career took shape behind the bar, working in a range of establishments across Toronto and later Vancouver, where she moved to pursue new opportunities and expand her creative and professional horizons.

In recent years, Christine’s curiosity for wine evolved into a true passion. She completed her WSET Level 3 in Wine and continues to deepen her expertise while working on both the bar and wine teams at Nightingale. Known for her thoughtful approach, technical skill, and genuine care for guest experience, Christine brings a balanced blend of knowledge and hospitality to every glass she pours.
