Courtenay changed careers to Culinary Arts after discovering a passion for cooking during her first restaurant job. Over the past 9 years in the industry, Courtenay has earned her Red Seal Certification, helped train and develop Chefs, Sous Chefs, and General Managers, contributed to menu testing and development teams, and opened multiple restaurants across Canada.
