Donya Darreh Shouri is a multi talented Chef with a remarkable journey that spans continents. As the Executive Chef at Seaside Provisions, a prestigious establishment within the Executive Table Group, Donya combines her passion for fine dining with her talent for culinary innovation. 

Her diverse background includes a bachelor’s degree in business management from Dubai and a culinary certificate from Le Cordon Bleu in London. Donya's culinary journey began in Iran, where she successfully operated her own boutique baking café for 3 years, delighting customers with her delectable creations.  

In 2018, Donya embarked on a new chapter in Vancouver, joining the ETG Group. Here, she found a supportive environment that nurtured her culinary talents, providing her with countless opportunities for growth and self-improvement. 

Donya's dedication to her craft, coupled with her global perspective, ensures that every dish she creates is a harmonious fusion of flavors and cultures.
