Fairmont WaterfrontGabriela Robinson is a Red Seal–certified Pastry Chef at Fairmont Waterfront, where she first joined the culinary team in 2020 as a practicum student from Vancouver Community College (VCC). Her passion for pastry and dedication to her craft have quickly made her an integral part of the kitchen.
After graduation, Gabi honed her skills by mastering the art of French macarons—a notoriously delicate pastry that has since become one of her specialties. Her creativity, precision, and keen eye for detail shine through in every creation.
