Gabriela Robinson

Gabriela Robinson is a Red Seal–certified Pastry Chef at Fairmont Waterfront, where she first joined the culinary team in 2020 as a practicum student from Vancouver Community College (VCC). Her passion for pastry and dedication to her craft have quickly made her an integral part of the kitchen.
