A graduate of the Northwest Culinary Academy, Giorgia has earned accolades for her creativity, including awards at the Vancouver Vintners Brunch. Her dedication to pastry artistry and innovation shines in every dessert she creates.
Zalva Geroy, joined Fairmont Vancouver Airport 2,5years ago. She is a dedicated culinary professional currently serving as a Cook 3 at Fairmont Vancouver Airport, a position she has held since September 2022. With over two years of experience at Fairmont, she brings expertise and passion to the kitchen in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment. Prior to her current role, Zalva honed her skills as a line cook at various reputable establishments, including Maison Kitsuné, 49th Parallel Coffee Roasters, Cactus Club Cafe, and the Donnelly Group. Her diverse experience across these roles has equipped her with a strong foundation in culinary techniques and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. Based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Zalva continues to excel in her culinary career with a focus on quality, consistency, and creativity.
