Having worked in some amazing kitchens across Canada from Montreal Plaza to Burdock & co and Bar Gobo, Jiwon draws inspiration from lesser-known Korean dishes, combining her western cooking background with a passion for culinary innovation. Throughout her career, she has embraced the principles of seasonality and local produce, values instilled in her by the talented chefs she has had the privilege to work alongside. Her food is soulful, simple, yet always a little elegant.
