After earning her degree in Psychology, she lived in several countries before finding her true passion for the culinary arts in Canada. Now, six years into her journey with JOEY Restaurants, Thays manages the procurement at the brand’s bustling flagship location. Alongside her operational role, she leads and mentors a team of 30 partners, instilling in them her deep commitment to food quality and leadership. Driven by her passion for growth, Thays brings the “art of living” to every dish and every team she manages.
